At Starforge Systems, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our high-performance PCs and components. If you are not completely satisfied with your hardware, you may initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our technical support team via the help portal with your order number and a detailed reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • 2.
    Package Your System

    Securely pack your electronics in the original double-walled shipping box and internal foam packaging to ensure the components remain protected during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship to Starforge

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our facility.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial numbers, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
